Derrin Carelli
Craftsman | Renaissance Man
Derrin, known to many as DC, is a modern-day pioneer with a passion for wild ideas and even wilder places. He’s the founder of Pepper Poles, a revolutionary self-defense hiking pole company born from his own backcountry experiences in Colorado. After realizing that traditional protection methods like firearms felt more like a burden than a solution, Derrin had a breakthrough: what if safety could be built into something he already carried? That spark led to the creation of Pepper Poles—trekking poles with integrated pepper spray, designed for peace of mind on the trail.
But that’s just one chapter of his story.
In 2016, Derrin bought a 10-acre mining claim deep in the mountains of Marble, Colorado. With no road access, no construction crew, and no budget left after the land purchase, he began building Wolf Lodge—an off-grid cabin—entirely by hand. Over the years, he hauled in over 10,000 pounds of concrete, a 1,500-pound lumber mill, and every single tool and material on foot. No shortcuts. Just grit, vision, and a lot of 100-pound pack hauls.
Today, Derrin documents his journey through Off Grid Drip, a channel dedicated to raw, real-life stories of building, surviving, and thriving in the wild. Whether he’s crafting gear, pouring concrete at 10,000 feet, or sharing lessons from the trail, Derrin is redefining what it means to live off the grid—and inspiring others to chase the impossible.

Bryan Normand
Music Producer | Graphic Designer
Hailing from the dirty south mecca of New Orleans, Bryan Normand, known by his 808 bass-slanging alter-ego Kid Kamillion, began his career in high school as he put down his skateboard and turned to spinning records. By college he was curating an underground music movement throughout the south and began taking over the New Orleans nightlife scene. Kid Kamillion took his knowledge of true southern hip-hop, and over 10 years of “rave culture” tweaked with his personal innovation and creativity, and pioneered a sound that quickly gained the attention and recognition of dance music ambassador A-Trak for the Kid Kamillion edit of “Heads Will Roll”. Kid Kamillion rapidly built a stout reputation amongst heavy hitters throughout the producer, DJ, and festival scenes. The year 2013 was beyond ground breaking for Kid Kamillion as it kicked off with him playing the Jay-Z Super Bowl party. Shortly thereafter he was playing shows all over the country, and even ventured out to playing shows in Europe. As a producer, Kid Kamillion has numerous collaborations with global hit maker Diplo and Berlin based techno giant Boys Noize, in addition to producing tracks for club legends Spank Rock and Kid Sister. Currently, Kid Kamillion spends most of his time jetting between Miami and Los Angeles and also in Houston producing with long-time friend and fellow New Orleans native Mannie Fresh. With his art & music rapidly spreading onto blogs and main-stages worldwide it will be hard to escape the name Kid Kamillion in 2014.
